Title

Forwarding Clothing to Carlisle

Description

Jones quotes an extact from Ensign Charles Martin to the effect that Martin has not received the clothing for his recruits promised to him by Richard Parker. Several of his recruits have neither shirts nor overalls. Since a previous order for clothing has apparently not been complied with, Hodgdon is directed to tranpsort 25 suits of clothing to Carlisle as soon as possible.
