Description

Mr Morris agrees that Pennock should take possession of lot and stores for compensation. Discusses hiring of Mr Morgan, who is presently in Georgia procuring live oak and cedar. Knox is not sure whether Morgan available for service as frigate constructor at Norfolk. Meantime, asks that Pennock attempt to find master builder or constructor. Captain Dale will repair to Norfolk as superintendent.
