For four hundred + eighty dollars old
Emissions, being for one years supernu-merary pay which sum was received by Phineas Bowman paymaster + by him returned to the paymaster Gen.l in settlement of his accounts. 480 dollars reduced to the special @ 40 for 1 being the allow-ance made the Pay master for OS returned.
