I now forward by the Bearer the Returns of Ordnance and Quarter Masters Stores for the Month of November 1789 --
Enclosed is an acct of what articles I have taken out of the Store for public Use Since December 1788, and for what purposes they were for -- I will thank the General to find me an Order by the Bearer for the delivery of them --
I have stopped the getting of the additional twenty five Cords of Wood agreeable to your directions --
Mr. Major is willing to stay here upon the conditions you mentioned --
