Sir
I have received your letter of 9th Instant by Mr. [undecipherable first name perhaps Abraham] Ingells, and have delivered him forty Tons of Old Cannon Shells and Shot, agreeable to the enclosed Invoice -- Which makes in the whole Ninety Five Tons -- and I expect there will be about Fifty Tons More -- There is also better than Six Tons of Wrought Iron on hand.
