I have received your letter of 25th Instant by Mr. Ingills, and shall Comply with them as soon as possible --
I now forward by the Bearer Mr. Ketchum, the Returns of Ordnan and Quarter Masters Stores for the month of March 1789--
I have [undecipherable word followed by undecipherable word crossed out] upon you, an order in favour of Mr. Timithy Ketchum, for the Sum of two hundred and forty dollars, being the Amount of my pay for Six Months from July [undecipherable number] to Decemr 31, 1787 Inclusive -- agreeable to your letter of 25 Instant.
