I have received your Letter of December 22d, 1788 on the 20thUltimo, together with a Box of Clothing, which [illegible] was all [illegible] agreeable to the Invoice. I now forward by the Bearer, the Return of Ordnance and Quarter Masters for the month of January 1789.
