The bearer Mr. [undecipherable last name] has applied to purchase one of the [undecipherable word], the [undecipherable word] one has got considerably injured by [undecipherable word lying?] so long out of repair and is thus growing worse and would cost more to repair her than she is now worth, and one is sufficient for the purpose of [undecipherable word] is wanting in this [undecipherable word] I cannot set any certain value upon her, but do not think she will fetch more than twelve or fourteen pounds is [undecipherable word] Little with [undecipherable word] her [undecipherable word] [two undecipherable words beneath]
