You will recieve herewith enclosed a Publication by Mr Genet denying his having declared [undecipherable] he w [Editors Note: downward facing crescent symbol]. appeal from Mr. President to the People - a publication by us [undecipherable] we wonts shortly proceed to state the Evidence and circumstances relative w/that [undecipherable], and also our massivorful [undecipherable] to the [undecipherable] containing such statemt_ we think it more [undecipherable] expedient than that it should be printed here without it as well as more delicate with Ruzul to wie, that it is to accompanied by your Certificate, F Bo pleased therefor to subjam on it be [undecipherable], under your sign alurris i and Men caused to to than that it should be without Delay in one of your Papers, & send us a correct copy of the whole, to the End Be it may inslantly or its arrival be published here.
Every observation that we couts make on the subject will [undecipherable] to you, and therefore we will not lose time in enumerating the considerations, (relative to the public, yours [undecipherable] and [undecipherable] which call for descion and [undecipherable] and is ion [undecipherable] to the Property & [undecipherable] of these measure.
