| Transcription | Secretary in the War Office Aug 9. 1784 Sir, I enclose you a resolution of the Comee of the States of the 26 July & one of the 27 copies of which are transmitted to the Several States. I also enclose a report of a comee with a list therein referred to, on which you are to take order. I must request the favour of you to take a copy of the list for your own government & to send a copy to the Superintendt. of finance & then return me the Original that it may be deposited in this Office. I am Sr Yr &c |
