The Secretary of War requests that you will exchange with Captain Armstrong, a cartarich-boxes and belts, and bayonet belts, from those forwarded to you by Mr. Hodgdon for the levies, having buff-belts, so as to make the accoutrements of his company, uniform with, the regiment.
