The enclosed Letter with the draft in your favour for one hundred and Fifty Eight dollars 16 cents I desire you to present to the Honble Secretary at War for payment. you will please to send the money by Return of Capt Godfrey or other Safe conveyance, first Satisfying yourself for the Trouble you may be at--
