White Eyes and Indian youth of the Delaware Nation; vouchers; commissioners for treating with the southern Indians; balance due the United States; certify that the above account is a true copy of the original of which is filed on record at this office; Secretary at War; for this sum owed to him to defray the expenses of Indian treaties in pursuance to the act of Congress; registers certificates herewith;
