Author Name Joseph Williams (primary) Location: Springfield
Recipient Name Samuel Hodgdon (primary) Location: Philadelphia
Summary Williams has received from the Superintendent of the Armory the plans, and request for materials, for buildings he wants erected immediately. The Superintendent wants to erect two one-story shops with an additional shop for fixing tools. Williams recommends erecting one two-story building for the same purposes which would result in great savings. If the armory is contemplated as a permanent establishment, Williams thinks Hodgdon should come to view the ground and make the necessary arrangements.
