Summary Certificate to be printed the remnant will be forwarded to Craig. Fears gubernatorial election is against "us" (Federalists) in "this city" (Philadelphia). York and Lancaster counties "deserted" Federalist party. Must submit to the system and noted that the state of Pennsylvania is Democratic (which Craig stated was synonymous with French).
